General Information

Both in person and virtual sessions are available.   

I use a HIPPA compliant portal to maintain your confidentiality.  The portal provides encryption for telehealth sessions, storing insurance, and credit card information, and your medical record.

Sessions are generally 55 minutes long.  You can opt to receive a text or email reminder for each session 24-48 hours in advance. 

If you would like counseling, but are not sure that you can afford it, please ask me about my sliding scale.
